My track record includes successfully leading diverse projects such as the development of detergent solutions for emerging markets, customer engagement initiatives, the creation of a digital biotechnology learning platform, the establishment of a digital customer collaboration platform, and the pioneering development of Novozymes’ inaugural direct fed microbial product.
I possess extensive experience in remote management of global projects and have a proven ability to lead cross-cultural teams across the world. One of my notable achievements includes spearheading the development and construction of Novozymes’ Detergent Formulation and Customer Experience Center in Bangalore. This strategically timed project opened up new markets and significantly bolstered sales growth.
