My track record includes successfully leading diverse projects such as the development of detergent solutions for emerging markets, customer engagement initiatives, the creation of a digital biotechnology learning platform, the establishment of a digital customer collaboration platform, and the pioneering development of Novozymes’ inaugural direct fed microbial product.

I possess extensive experience in remote management of global projects and have a proven ability to lead cross-cultural teams across the world. One of my notable achievements includes spearheading the development and construction of Novozymes’ Detergent Formulation and Customer Experience Center in Bangalore.
